New England & Beyond Brainspotting Peer Support Group

Group Agreements:

1. We will have our monthly group meeting on the first Thursday of every month at Noon.   

2. We will meet for an hour.  The length of the group can be extended later when the group feels an hour is not long enough.

3. We will start resources, discuss cases, and ask questions. 

4. We will start each meeting with a brief (10-15 minutes) self-spotting or have a 25-30 minute practice with a partner, alternating every other month.  

Any of these decisions can be changed if the group agrees.  Please correct me if I have misunderstood or missed anything from today's meeting.
